For today there is a pressing question that links such indexes as quality and competitiveness, that interact between each other in any activity, in any enterprise. 

Every good is the transmitter of different concrete properties that represent its utility and answer the certain necessities of man.The utility of any things removes its consumer’s cost. A consumer cost of that or other commodity must be appraised, id est must be certain its quality. Thus, a consumer cost and quality of wares are directly constrained interse. However it is not identical concepts, as the same con-sumer cost can be useful not in the same measure.

Quality of products interact with the competitiveness of products. A competitiveness can be examined in relation to the most various objects: project  designer documentation, technologies of production of goods, separate project, separate firm (enterprises, organizations), industry, region, country on the whole [3].

The competitiveness of enterprise provides a capacity for effective economic activity and providing of profitability at the terms of competition market. 

Otherwise speaking, a competitiveness of enterprise is ability to provide producing and realization of competitive products.

Under the competitiveness of products it is led to understand totality of its properties, that removes the measure of satisfaction of concrete necessity against the analogical products presented at the market.

In practice two aspects of competitiveness are often used :

1)competitiveness of commodity id est degree of its accordance on a certain moment to the requirements of target groups of consumers or select market on major descriptions: technical, economic, ecological etcetry.

 2) competitivenesses of firm are a level of its competense in relation to other 

firms-competitors in piling up and use of productive potential.

These two aspects are closely constrained interse, as competitive commodities are a result of functioning of competitive firm capable to make it and provide the necessary level of consumption for customers [3].

For description of competitors it is possible to use such factors: a market that is served share; an image, experience, presence well the known trademarks; the financial state; a presence of front rank technology and production; a presence of highly skilled shots; a kind and level of advertisement etc.

Interrelation of quality of products must be based on the basis of development of the complex, interactsystem of technical, organizational, economic and socialand motivational measures that provide the necessary level of quality at all stages of production and consumption of products. 

 An important condition at its forming is an achievement of "economic effect" due to reduction to the cost of production interrelation of quality of products must be based on the basis of development of the complex, interact system of technical, organizatinal, economic and socialand motivational measures that provide the necessary le-vel of quality at all stages of production and consumption of products. It is needed to notice an important moment, that the necessity of improvement of ways of quality management of products for modern terms is envisaged by next circumstances:necessity of scientific and technical progress; changes of consumer interests of population; defects or limit nature of natural resources; increases of value of material stimulation in market conditions, when everybody works better can purchase more high quality commodity for the salary; development of the foreign trade [1].

Therefore to the basic ways of upgrading of products take: use of achievements of scitech is in the process of planning of wares; inputs of the newest technology of production and adherence of technological discipline; providing of proper technical equipped of production;improvements of the applied standards and technical requirements; improvement of standardization as main instrument of fixing and providing of the set level of quality, in fact exactly standards and technical requirements represent the modern requirements of consumers to the technical level. 

In the conditions of market relations every enterprise must be oriented on the achievement of maximal results of the activity, and a presence at the market of competition considerably reduces possibilities of enterprise in the achievement of the planned aim. In such case an enterprise must create and support substantial advantages before competitors, basic from that sent to the production of goods. of high quality capable as better in all to satisfy the necessities of consumers.

It stipulates a necessity to take on enterprises largeattention by this question, oriented on world experience of creation of modern control system by quality of products [3].

Thus, finally quality of products, that comes forward as a component element of competitiveness of products, shows up by the measure of utility of its consumer cost for a concrete consumer. Coming from it, under quality of products understand integral totality its consumer properties that predetermine the measure of possibility of this products to satisfy certain necessities in accordance with its setting in the fixed terms of consumption.
